Struggling with altitude sickness and sleeping in a reed hut on the mystical and stunning Lake Titicaca.
Iguazú waterfalls. Voted one of the seven wonders of the world and one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
Art in Buenos Aires, and I don’t just mean paintings hung in a gallery, rather ‘art’ in the loose sense; the way Porteños (Buenos Aires residents) express themselves aesthetically – that’s what really enthralled me about the city.
Uruguay. What a surprise! I knew very little about this country, the smallest in South America, and now I’m dying to see more.
